After signing up for Text Banking, on the Mobile Banking & Alerts page you can:

 

Change your cell number: You must first deactivate your existing number by clicking on the Deactivate link next to your phone number. After that you can go through the 3-step set up process and register a new phone number.

Add another cell number: You can enroll up to two cell phone numbers for the same primary account. Just select the Activate another phone link on the Mobile Banking & Alerts page, then follow the simple 2-step process to add the second phone.

Change your primary account: If you want to change the account where balance (BAL) and latest transaction (LAST) information is being pulled from you can select a different account from the primary account dropdown list and save your changes.

Change your transfer account: If you want to change the account where your transfer funds are taken from, just select a different account from the transfer source dropdown list and save your changes.

Turn weekly balance alerts off: Just uncheck the weekly balance alert checkbox and save your changes to stop receiving weekly balance alerts.

Change your low balance alert values: If you have activated low balance alerts just enter a different dollar amount in the text field. Or you can uncheck the checkbox and save your changes to stop receiving low balance alerts.

Change your high payment alert values: If you have activated high payment alerts just enter a different dollar amount in the text field. Or you can uncheck the checkbox and save your changes to stop receiving high payment alerts.

Change your high deposit alert values: If you have activated high deposit alerts just enter a different dollar amount in the text field. Or you can uncheck the checkbox and save your changes to stop receiving high deposit alerts.

Deactivate Text Banking: If you want to stop receiving text message alerts, you can deactivate Text Banking by either texting STOP to 454545 or by clicking on the Deactivate link on the Mobile Banking & Alerts page. You can always register a new number after deactivating by going through the enrollment process again.

View keyword commands: After you have registered for online account access and enabled Text banking from a computer, you can text the following keyword commands from your cell phone to 454545:

  • BAL = Primary account balance
  • BAL ALL = All account balances
  • BAL CHK = Checking account balances
  • BAL SAV = Saving account balances
  • LAST = Last 5 transactions
  • TRANS $$$ = Transfer specified amount (e.g. TRANS 100) to primary account
  • STOP = Deactivate service
  • HELP = Help on keywords

If you want to print out a copy of the commands and keep it with you at all times, you can click on Print wallet insert which will launch a printer-friendly PDF version of the commands. You can also receive a text message with the keyword commands on your cell phone by clicking on the Send keywords to phone link next to Print wallet insert.
