There are two methods: 1) use the mobile phone you’ve activated within online banking, and send the command “STOP” to 454545; or, 2) deactivate text banking within online banking by going to “Account access” > “Text banking and alerts” and clicking the “Deactivate” link next to your mobile number. Either method deactivates all text banking messages to that mobile number.
