When you enroll in online account access, you select additional ways we can confirm your identity if you sign on to online account access from an unregistered computer. Typically you will access the web site from one or two places, such as your work and home computers. The enhanced login security feature remembers your computer. Should you need to login from a different computer, such as one from an Internet cafe, the system will take additional steps to verify your identity, such as sending a text message on your cell phone with a special access code. You can also select to receive an automated voice call for enhanced login security. If there are others who access your online account (spouse, parent), be sure that they have access to your enhanced login security options as well.
