Oregon State Credit Union uses a comprehensive and detailed process when selecting business partners and a key part of that process involves reviewing their security features, processes, and procedures. Oregon State Credit Union Information Security staff and Executive team thoroughly review security audit reports which are performed yearly to ensure our vendors are meeting our high standards and our members’ highest expectations.
The enhancements to the login process and security features of our home banking product were scrutinized closely to ensure the best options for our members’ security and convenience was selected. In order to provide the highest level of convenience, other security processes were put in place such as the use of encrypted internet browser cookies and the ability to choose whether the computer you are using is private or public. Other features such as the security questions and One Time Pass-codes offer our members alternative solutions for logging into home banking when using a public or private PC or mobile device.
Oregon State Credit Union has the highest commitment to member service, security, and convenience. Overall, we think you’ll find our new home banking product to be more robust, feature-rich, and, most of all, secure in whatever path you pursue your new account access.
