We will be able to unlock or reset your password by sending a system-generated password by voice or text to a number registered for MFA on your account. If you do not have any phone numbers registered or if you do not have one of your phones available at that time, there is an option for the new password to be returned to the Member Service Center and we can verbally share the temporary password with you.
