Oregon State Credit Union bill pay scheduling is based on Deliver by dates. This means that when you schedule a bill payment, you will tell the system when to deliver your payment so that it arrives by your due date. A calendar will show your choices.

To set up a payment, click on a calendar and view your options for the Deliver by date, highlighted in bold. Select the date the payment will arrive to your payee. This should match your bill’s due date. You can set a date a year in advance. Payments are processed on days when the Federal Reserve is open for business. Weekdays and holidays are gray on the calendar to indicate closure.

For example:

1. For electronic payments, if scheduled by 1 p.m. Pacific time, the earliest Deliver by date is two business days later. After the 1 p.m. cutoff, the earliest Deliver by date is three business days later.

2. For check payments, if scheduled by 1 p.m. Pacific time, the earliest Deliver by date is four business days in the future. After the 1 p.m. cutoff, the earliest Deliver by date is five business days later.
